Tyamie Vacuum Care - Terms of Service

1. Overview Tyamie Vacuum Care provides vacuum cleaner repair services for Dyson, Gtech, Sebo, and Henry Hoover brands across Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Harlow, and surrounding areas. By using our services or accessing our website (vacuumcare.co.uk), you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Services Provided We offer local and mobile repair services using quality parts for Dyson, Gtech, Sebo, and Henry vacuum cleaners. All services are subject to the availability and suitability of parts. Repairs can be conducted at the customer's location or at our workshop in Harlow.

3. Booking & Payments

​

  • Booking Process: All repair bookings must be scheduled through our website or over the phone.

  • Service Fees: All repair services are chargeable, starting from £29.95 depending on location. Prices for local repairs and servicing may vary based on the vacuum model and required parts.

  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required upon completion of the repair. Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or other agreed-upon methods.

4. Warranty Repairs completed by Tyamie Vacuum Care come with a limited warranty of 3 months, covering the parts used. The warranty does not apply to general wear and tear or misuse of the equipment. If the fault is not related to the parts we fitted, a call-out fee will apply. Should you experience any issues with your vacuum following our service, we offer free call-outs within 14 days of the service date. After 14 days, normal call-out fees apply. Any issues arising within the 14 days that are not a result of our service will also incur the normal call-out fee.

5. Customer Obligations

  • Accurate Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the vacuum model, issues, and location.

  • Access: Customers must ensure adequate access to the vacuum cleaner for repair services. For mobile services, we require a safe and appropriate working environment. If there are parking restrictions, such as double yellow lines or permit requirements, the customer must supply a valid parking permit.

6. Liability Tyamie Vacuum Care is not liable for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions unrelated to our repair services. While we take utmost care during repairs, we cannot guarantee the condition of older vacuum units that may have underlying wear or damage.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for late notifications or missed appointments.

8. Use of Website Access to our website is provided on an "as is" basis. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but Tyamie Vacuum Care is not liable for any errors or interruptions in website availability. Users agree not to misuse or disrupt our services.
